A human take on product films

Whatever the brief, I’m all about finding the human truth behind each product. With that in mind, product films may not sound like the most exciting brief to grip my teeth into.

But, when I was given the brief to create the new Transit Custom product films, I was excited. Because the customer is varied, hands-on, and real. We weren’t talking to the average Canary Wharf businessman, we were talking to farmers, fishermen, mechanics, couriers… Each audience with a completely different life and use for the vehicle. This audience insight sparked joy into the brief and inspired my interpretation of the product films.

Alongside my Copywriter at the time, we managed this project from start to finish, writing the scripts, scouting locations, and directing the production.
