When I was asked to create a campaign to improve customer’s opinions of South West Trains, I knew that an Ad Campaign bragging about how amazing we were wouldn’t cut it.

Instead, I created a campaign which made use of our existing ad spaces, but replaced the ads with things that could give commuters a moment of joy.

Using only print, but providing people with things they actually want (instead of ads) we leveraged user generated content as our commuters excitedly posted about the ads

Spotify Advert? What’s the point when we can offer our commuters ad free listening?
Banners? Or, why not give them a game for their travels?
